Proactive Action : Proactive Preparation for Alumni Services
Description : Once the graduation requirements are completed and the student’s status changes to “Graduate,” the system issues a verifiable digital certificate using blockchain technology, registers the graduate in the Alumni Association, transitions the email account and services to the alumni package, and notifies the graduate accordingly.
Access the Muhtam Alumni Platform (Alumni Association).
Sign in according to the approved login method.
Browse the services, career opportunities, updates, and events available to alumni.
Once the graduation requirements are completed and the student’s academic status changes to “Graduate,” the proactive part of the service starts automatically without the need to submit a separate request.
The system issues a verifiable digital certificate using blockchain technology.
The graduate is automatically registered in the Alumni Association.
The email account and services associated with the beneficiary’s account are transitioned to the alumni services package.
The graduate is notified that the onboarding procedures have been completed and informed of the services that are now available.
The graduate can then access the platform and benefit from the available services, opportunities, and events.
The beneficiary must be a graduate of King Khalid University to access services designated for alumni.
Graduation requirements must be completed and the student’s academic status must be approved as “Graduate” to benefit from the proactive onboarding procedures.
The beneficiary’s academic and contact information must be complete and up to date in the University’s systems.
The beneficiary must log in to the platform to access the services available to alumni.
The requirements specific to each service, opportunity, or event must be met, if applicable.
